Inamori Kazuo San was once asked the secret of successful business management and he said, " Foremost, management is run by people, so the humanity and personality of the manager is crucial. A manager must have a high moral character, if not, it is impossible for him to run a good business.

I am deeply convinced by Inamori San’s words that the cognitive awareness of an entrepreneur determines the cultural tone and development trend of a company. The moral character of the manager determines the quality of the company's products and services, and even the level of care and concern for his team and members. This view should have existed in my subconscious since I studied in Japan in 2001.

That year, in my early 20s I came to Japan alone to study. Today, more than 20 years later, I am still grateful for the refinement and experience I experienced in Japan, which allowed me not only mastering relatively superb production techniques, but also learning the concept of Lean production and quality first. This concept has enabled this company to develop healthily, while the quality of its products far exceeds that of other companies in the same industry, and the level of service is more satisfactory to customers.

In 2016, I left a global multinational corporation to set up my own company. I worked from technical to management, from individual to team, achieved different stages of success from one challenge to another, took down benefits from one success to another as well.  Reviewing the past, many of my insights overlap with my beloved and Endorsements Inamori San and the most important one of which is: accumulating good deeds and thinking of altruism no matter for our customers or for our own employees.

In the past 6 years since the establishment of the company, in order to meet the needs of our customers, I invited experts from various fields to do more professional and systematic training, then I continuously invested heavily to improve production equipment and set up a perfect trading system. Even in 2020, the global COVID-9 broke out which caused all business operators "scrimping" to save costs, I still spent a considerable amount of money In the midst of everyone's surprise to build up a "management system", which allows our customers to choose our customized services more efficiently and on demand. At the same time, we are able to produce at a high standard and efficiency as well. The system allows us to meet the needs of our customers, to manage our schedules efficiently, precisely and scientifically, Meanwell we can manage our business at the level of a multinational company. In my opinion, during the epidemic, it is even more difficult to talk with our customers face to face, so we have to control the quality of the products more strictly to improve our production and service.

My current employees are all employees who grew up together with me. We share the same philosophy of customer service: customer first, quality first, everything is customer first, so we do our best to bring more value-added services to customers while providing customers with the highest quality products. I am grateful for their allying with me and their contribution to the company, so in terms of employee welfare, I try to improve the sense of growth, achievement and happiness of employees through multi-dimensional ways to reflect my care and concern. For this reason, I have set up a special contribution award for different length of service and  positions of employees to commend every partner who has served the company seriously and worked hard for customers success. My aim is to let all the hard-working employees get happiness in both material and spiritual aspects.
